Focus on Food provide our ordering and delivery services to you subject to the following terms and conditions.

Your complete satisfaction is especially important to us at Focus on Food. Our promise is to provide the absolute best service that we can. If you are in any way unhappy with the product or service that you receive, please contact us immediately and we will make it right! Our contact details are on our website under “Contact”, so do not hesitate to chat with us at any time.
What to expect from your order?
Focus on Food products are of the freshest and highest quality and are dispatched in packaging that requires refrigeration once delivered. We do ask however that if the recipient of the ready meal box might not be at home, specific delivery details be given so we can leave the order in a safe and secure location.
While we make every effort to fulfill your order, occasionally products will be out of stock due to unprecedented demand. Where we are unable to supply a product, we will contact you and substitute with your permission an equivalent product.

Focus on Food is New Zealand-owned and operated, based in Arrowtown.
Whenever you buy through the Focus on Food website, we take every precaution to ensure that your transactions are secure. All customer details are held in confidence and will not be handed onto third parties.
All products are billed in NZ dollars, and a full receipt will be sent to the customer online once payment has been processed through the website.
Once you have confirmed your order through our website no changes or cancellations can be made. The ordered items will be charged for and delivered.
We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.
We will not be liable for any delays or non-performance arising from any cause beyond our control including, without limitation, war, fire, flood, earthquake, riot, or government act.
Refunds (if applicable)
Please note that Focus on Food does not offer a refund for a change of mind. Refunds are provided at our discretion and may be offered for instances where products are damaged or faulty. In the instance a product is damaged or faulty, we may ask you to return the meal to us for investigation, we will pick the product if need be.
We will provide you with a credit to your relevant card account within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be processed using the same method that was used to make payment for the order.
What personal information do we collect?
You will give us information about yourself, such as your name, address, email address, and telephone number when you make an order through our service. If you do not give us this information, we will not be able to provide our service to you.
How do we use personal information?
We may at times promote our products and services by email. These emails will always include an “unsubscribe” facility. Further, if you do not wish to receive them, you can also email us at [email protected]
